Bottle Sorters With the CSI Linear Bottle Sorter, bottles are moved to their final positions on the sorting conveyor in a single operation.
There is no need for bottle control parts or guide rails. Rubber buffers ensure extremely careful handling.
Sorters can be configured with from two to six lanes for all kinds of containers �?" glass, plastic, metal. They are designed for multi-purpose use, quickly adaptable to various sorting requirements.
Video bottle segmentation can be programmed for bottle type, color, size, shape, tipped bottles, broken glass, label identification, closure identification and foreign bodies. Adjustment to different sorting requirements is made by push-button.
